Madremanya is a village in the province of Girona and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 13.7 square kilometres (5.3 sq mi) and the population in 2014 was 283.

Madremaña, llamada «Matremania» el año 1035, tiene una iglesia parroquial fortificada que data del siglo XII-XIV y conserva restos del recinto medieval amurallado que hacen que haya sido declarada como conjunto histórico-artístico. Dentro del término se encuentra el pueblo de Mijares.
